We are thrilled to announce that NeelGyan Library now has a new smart Wi-Fi system, powered by a captive portal from BhaiFi Networks Private Limited (Gurugram). We extend our heartfelt thanks to BhaiFi’s CEO, Ankit Verma, and Shubham Parashar, for their efforts in bringing this technology to our library in Shekhupur Raura.
We are also proud to announce our official partnership with BhaiFi, who generously provided NeelGyan a special NGO discount to use their services.
To keep the internet fast and fair for every student, here is how the new system works.
How login works
Login is now purely OTP-based — no need to ask for or type a password. A maximum of 2 active sessions per user are allowed at the same time (for example, one mobile and one laptop).

Fair use for everyone
- Equal speed for all — bandwidth is capped at 10 Mbps per user, enough for smooth educational videos, but not for large, heavy downloads.
- Fair usage (5 GB limit) — heavy use for educational content is completely fine. Frequent over-use for non-educational purposes may see an account’s bandwidth throttled or capped daily.
- Strictly no misuse — the system tracks usage; unauthorised downloading or gaming on the library network is not allowed.
In-premises use only
Wi-Fi access is strictly for students sitting inside the library. Our CCTV cameras continuously monitor the space, so the number of active Wi-Fi users can be checked against the number of students actually present.
