About NeelGyan

NeelGyan is being built as a village-rooted education and library initiative to expand learning access, exam awareness, scholarship guidance, and long-term academic support for rural students.

The work begins in Shekhupur Raura and is intended to grow into a replicable model for nearby villages over time.
