IBPS now uses Customer Service Associate (CSA) for the common clerical recruitment route that students still widely search as IBPS Clerk.
The official 2026–27 calendar lists the CRP CSA XVI preliminary examination on 10 and 11 October 2026 and the main examination on 27 December. However, IBPS had not published the detailed CSA XVI notification, application dates or vacancies by 2 August.
