About MPSC State Service
What is MPSC State Service?
The Maharashtra Public Service Commission State Services route is part of the Maharashtra Civil Services Gazetted Combined examination system. Candidates should use Advertisement 132/2025, its corrigenda and the current examination scheme together rather than copying figures from an older Rajyaseva cycle.
MPSC published the 2026 State Services Preliminary result on 22 June 2026 after publishing final answer keys for both Preliminary papers on 17 June. A post-related corrigendum was also listed on 17 June.
The official announcements page recorded on 25 June that the Gazetted Civil Services combined Preliminary examination may be conducted two or more times in a year and that the optional subject is to be removed from the State Services Main examination from 2027. That 2027 change must not be applied retrospectively to the 2026 Main stage.
